Beschreibung
The organic Shincha Saemidori (新茶) comes from Kirishima in Kagoshima Prefecture. At the end of April, the first young shoots of the Saemidori cultivar are carefully handpicked and gently steamed. This spring tea features the finest dark green, needle-shaped leaves. Its infusion delights with an intense, fresh aroma, a sweet umami note, and subtle nutty nuances.
